Meet the Team
Sue Shrimpton MA ACMA DipPFS, Adviser
After graduating from Cambridge University, I qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant, and worked successfully in finance within several blue-chip multinationals for many years, during which time I also raised my three daughters. Whilst serving as a pension scheme trustee, I became interested in personal finance and aware of the shortage of female advisers, and was therefore delighted to be offered the opportunity to retrain as a financial adviser with St. James's Place Wealth Management in 2012.
With my professional background, I am committed to continually developing my technical knowledge, and my emphasis is on building a long-term relationship with my clients and providing them with trusted advice as their planning needs evolve.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing the clarinet in a local wind band, walking with friends, and spending time with my family.
